"T" ~ Think Positive

What I believe to be the most important part of this process… THINK POSITIVE! In order to succeed at this journey of changing your view of negative life experiences, it is imperative to find positivity or even a “lesson learned” to continuously apply to your story. Affirmations, prayers, and poems are just some examples of ways to daily pump positivity into your being. Remember when you are transforming, positive reminders are crucial to the desired effect of strength your are pursuing. Instead of saying “I am not good with money because I grew up poor and never had much”, tell yourself “I am learning money management skills and how to overcome lack because my family didn’t have much growing up.” Speak and affirm “wealth” and “life” instead of accepting a negative fate from past circumstance.
